Eligibility - Membership is open to all corporations, firms, organizations, and individuals interested in the objectives and purposes of the Venezuelan American Association of the United States, and approved by the Board of Directors.

Members have full privileges and voting rights and are eligible to hold office and receive the services of the Association.
