The Venezuelan American Association of the United States, Inc. (VAAUS), is a private, non-profit business organization, which for over seven decades has promoted investment and commerce between the United States and Venezuela. The Association--whose membership consists of international business executives, financiers, and professionals--sponsors programs held in New York City. At these meetings members and their guests receive vital information about current Venezuelan economic and political events from top-level speakers such as private sector leaders, government ministers, and heads of state and have the opportunity to engage in dialogue with them and with each other.
