About the

Venezuelan American Association of the U.S.

The Venezuelan American Association (VAAUS), is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1936 dedicated to promoting investment, commerce and cultural exchange between the United States and Venezuela. VAAUS was the first chamber established in the U.S. for Venezuela, and this dynamic organization has hosted hundreds of programs over the years.

VAAUS’s membership consists of leaders from a broad range of sectors including investments, banks, rating agencies, oil, agriculture, law, travel and hospitality.

We have no formal connections with any governments and do not receive any government funding. Independently we provide a forum for a variety of opinions and for dialogue leading toward the goal of better business and cultural relations between our nations.
